Adhesives and Tape for Shipments: We use the most eco-friendly option available. We use only non-reinforced Kraft paper as a base. No heavy duty fiberglass embedded in our tapes that prevent a smooth recycling process. Our adhesive is starch-based, meaning it is water-activated tape, similar to how old postage stamps work. Don't worry, that doesn't mean we're licking the back of the tape and sending you Covid - we have a wet sponge that does the job! This kind of tape is 100% biodegradable and compostable, in the truest sense of the term! Not like those "biodegradable" dog poop bags.

Plastic-Free Packaging: All non-liquid offerings are sent in FSC certified Kraft paper that is 100% unlined Kraft paper. That means no foil, no zip reclosable plastic pouches, no plastic visibility window to see what's inside the pouch. We utilize 100% recyclable Kraft paper to package these items. Liquids are sent in upcycled containers as of now, until 100% fiber bottles are made commercially available.
